The NHS has a comprehensive complaints procedure which applies to all NHS organisations.
If you have a complaint or concern about care you have received within the NHS, please contact your local hospital or trust.
If you wish to complain about the care or treatment you have received at an NHS organisation in London (such as a GP surgery, dentist, health clinic or hospital) you should make your complaint to them directly. All NHS trusts and Primary Care Trusts have Complaints Managers so your concerns will be responded to thoroughly.
If you have a complaint about NHS London, the Strategic Health Authority for London, you should direct your complaint to:
Ruth Carnall
