Independent reports published into care and treatment of PB

NHS London has published two separate independent reports into the care and treatment of Peter Bryan (PB) by East London NHS Foundation Trust and West London Mental Health Trust.

The first report concerns the unlawful death in Walthamstow of a male, Brian Cherry (BC), in February 2004 by PB.

The second report points to a lack of suitable supervision of both PB and RL at the time of the incident which led to the death of RL and that both patients should have had increased observation levels.
