Independent investigation into the care and treatment of MO, RP, NS, BM, MH, Mr X
NHS London has published six independent investigation reports into mental health homicides. The six investigations examined the care and treatment of individuals responsible for incidents that occurred between 2004 and 2006.
The six reports are ‘legacy' cases commissioned by NHS London (NHSL), the capital's strategic health authority (SHA). They were inherited from the five previous SHAs in London when NHSL was formed in 2006.
