NHS London has published the outcome of reviews into two mental health patients who were responsible for two separate homicides that took place in 2006.
The two reports are ‘legacy' cases commissioned by NHS London, the capital's strategic health authority. These reports are being published a number of years after the original incidents occurred due to the complex and time-consuming process involved in putting the investigations together and the completion of any criminal proceedings.
