Confidential information incidents

NHS London takes the issue of patient data and confidentiality very seriously. Robust systems and processes are in place to ensure patient confidentiality is maintained and the NHS is working to improve the security of patient data.

Any incidents of data loss reported as Serious Incidents (SIs) will be examined to see what lessons can be learnt and how processes can be improved. As part of our commitment to improve security quarterly information on data losses will be published by NHS London.
