Continuous development of our electronic record systems is important to ensure that they support new ways of working and better patient care.

There are several ways to get involved:

• Get involved at your trust. Speak to your trust project team, communications team or IT department.
• Workshops to tailor Cerner or RiO to meet the needs of London's NHS take place at certain stages in their development. Please speak to the project manager at your trust to find out more.
• User groups meet regularly to enable system users to share information and lessons learnt and raise issues with systems - read on about user groups and forums here.
