London Programme for IT
NHS London is working with a number of NHS Trusts to enable them to complete Continuing Care assessments electronically and to share these using secure email. The first site to implement this in London is The Homerton University Hospital who developed an automated system to complete the assessment electronically and are now securely emailing these to Hackney's Continuing Care Panel.
